I will have SQL2k5 on single cluster node. what do I need to do if I add another node.

  I'm currently installing SQL2k5 on a new database server with a single node cluster. Before going into production we will be adding a passive server to the cluster.

  From what I'm reading here in this forum I will need to install the manament tools on the second node is this true?

  What and When do I install the software on the 2nd node, before or after it's been added to the cluster?

  Yes you need to add Management Tools individually on all the nodes.

  Which s/w are you talking about? if its Management tools it doesnt matter when you install the Mangement tools.
