There are plenty of study resources available (for purchase) that come with practice exams. Which certs are you prepping for?

Most books have some practice questions in there, but publishing any of the exam questions or very similar ones is a violation of the NDA.
My advice is to go through the study guide for the exam, and research each topic. the questions are not overly hard, but are based on those topics and understanding how they work.

Also, most of the topics can be easily researched online without the purchase of a book.

I agree that the Microsoft Training Kits are very good and you get a 15% discount on the exam
I usually supplement the Microsoft Material with most of the Sybex Books.
I started moving away from books and rely more on the internet.

Someone ask me if Kaplan's Self Test Software and Transender violate the NDA?
Your input is greatly appreciated.

I would dare say they appear to but Microsoft does not think so. If MS was concerned with that testing suite, it would have been taken down long ago.

They probably have a contract with Microsoft. That kind of thing is common.
