I need help scheduling stored procedures

  I have an stored procedure that can't be executed using JOB's because I'm using SQL SERVER management studio express.

  So I have read that it can be done executing it with windows task scheduler . But I don't have any idea to execute .sql format files.

  All the answers will be wellcome.
