I need a book

  • Our company makes software and rolls it out to clients that manage there own machines. I am looking for a SQL 2005/2008 book that discusses the following:

    1) Structuring the data for deployment

    2) Patching

    3) moving large amounts of efficiently

If you know of a blog that I can follow or any information it would be great.

  • Take a look at "SQL Server Team-based Dvelopment." [/url]It's not going to tell you how to move large amounts of data. That's a different issue entirely.

    SQL Server Query Performance Tuning

  • Thanks hopefully this helps me get to a better point on how to manage this mess
