I have a two node (Active/ Active/Passive) cluster. After I tried moving the Active node to A/P node, both the A and the A/P SQL Service will not come online. What can I do to fix this issue? Thnaks.

First, I think there is some confusion. For a two node cluster it is either Active/Active or Active/Passive, your reference is confusing.
You tried to move it from one node to the other and now neither will come up. Right?
How did you attempt to move it?
Has it ever successfully run on the passive node before?
Have you rebooted either node?

I'll try to explain more clearly. I currently have a 2-node cluster. Node1 is an Active node. Node2 is also an active node (will soon have data) and you are correct, Node2 is also a Passive node in case Node1 would go down.
the way I moved Node1 to Node2 was Groups>Right-click> Move Group and tried to move it to Node2. As soon as I moved Node1 to Node2; the perverbial red light appeared: (X) stating that SQL Server on Node1 failed. I also had the same thing happen on Node2. So, that is my side of the story; and in answer to your question no, this is the first time. And for your last question: yes, I have rebooted both nodes.
I hope this helps 😀

Does the SQL errorlog show anything?
Does the system or application eventlog show anything?
