I am trying to deploy the SSRS package in my own computer using Reporting Services Configuration Manager, when i click the Report Manager URL, i am getting an error "Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
The URL is http://Myname-pc/Reports
Because of this error i am unable to deploy the packages.
Can anyone please help me..

There are multiple reasons why a 503 might be returned from your SSRS Manager.
Now I assume you are trying to use an SSRS Manager (the URL of which you found in the SSRS Configuration Manager). When clicking on the SSRS Manager website, you are receiving the 503 error.
First thing I would try is to fire up the SSRS Configuration Manager, and just make sure all the configurations are looking sound.
503 could be in-relation to an expired SSL certificate, so I would fire up the commandline and check to see what certificates you have on that machine, anything that is irrelevant or old I would delete. This post goes through how to check SSRS SSL Certificate[/url].
Lastly, I would try to hit the SSRS Web Service URL, which also can be found in the SSRS Configuration Manager or by default under: "http://Myname-pc/Reportserver" and see if this is returning 503 as well.
Anyway hope this gets u started on the issue.
