hi, whats the tool you recommend me for analyze the performance and the query time, queries per seccond of the sql server?

Well, there are many tools and methods that you can use to look at SQL Server performance. There are many performance related articles on SSC and also on http://www.SQLServerPerformance.com. Much of what I do depends on the type of performance problem that I encounter. Are you having a specific performance problem?

no, i think im not, but since i linked an access db into my sql, and i would like to query it hard... i would like if it reduced my performance or some

In the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Operations Guide - which can be downlaoded from this URI: http://www.microsoft.com/TechNet/prodtechnol/sql/2000/maintain - there is a suggestion for a baseline in chapter 5 at page 9.
