I create a new subscription, but it is not synchronization the data

  I already have a publication set up, and one of the subscription is working, but when I create one more subscription I am getting following error

  Exception Message: The snapshot could not be generated because the publisher is inactive.

  2009-12-04 06:07:07.76 Message Code: 54057
