  You also need to set /AWE in your boot.ini or you won't see the extra 4GB.

  Ok, what should the boot.ini file be for a:

  Dual core 4 processor (looks like 8 in task manager), W2K3 Enterprise, 16 GB of RAM, Running SQL 2000 SP4, and SQL 2005?
