To clarify, when you connect via SA are you using the same "screen print", SSMS, that you posted or is this local on the server?
both servers are different segments.source server is local and another server is diffrent server.Recently i have implemented logshipping in both servers. In my company given approval for open the firewall ports and files sharing ports also.finallly Configured logshippping successfully using SA login ONLY.but i am not able connect in secondary server(destination server) in local using with windows login.both servers having same windows logins.
...and both servers are in the same domain?
You mention they are in different "segments" which to me means subnets so I'm not clear on your meaning here.
You also mention "local", please clarify this too.
If the destination server is in a different domain then the login would need authorization or "trust" in the other domain (destination). This may be your issue since sql logins (SA) work fine.

Sorry for late reply.Segment is nothing but small section of network.sorry i have no idea in Networking side. Both servers able to SA login, local is nothing but Primary server location. In logshipping required to connect secondary server here.when you configure logshipping both servers required same login.i am able to SQL SERVER authentication only ,but windows authentication not(secondary server) working.

GAIL i am waiting for your reply
You do realize this is the worst way to post a question, right? Gail has a day job, just like the rest of us. And just because she's one of the top posters doesn't mean she has time to read each post on the board the moment it comes on the board.
Netiquette (and forum etiquette) dictates that you be polite and patient. Someone will come along if they know the answer. Demanding, the way you did with this, will only discourage people from even trying to help you out.
Please keep this in mind for future posts.

I am familiar with log shipping as we currently utilize it at my job.
We are using Windows Authentication between the two servers as well and do not have any issues.
As long as you're not crossing domains then the windows authentication should work as long as the login exists on both servers with the proper permissions and they both can authenticate to the active directory.
At this point, I would have my network group set up a network trace and monitor as you try to connect via SSMS from the Primary server to the Log Shipping server using Windows Authentication.

Please login on ur SQL server with SA login and go into the security folder in object explorer and check the logins, is there your windows login or not? If its not showing there then pls add it and try to login.

Try it once please login on ur SQL server with SA login and go into the security folder in object explorer and check the logins, is there your windows login or not? If its not showing there then pls add it and try to login. Also check the server roles of that login in the properties of the user.
