  Hello Amit,

  I want to send a http request to our helpdesk system. In the http string it specifies some parameters (which operator, which department etc). An example:

  http://helpdesk/incident?action=new&status=first&field0=request&value0=1 &replacefield0=persoonid&searchfield0=ref_dynanaam&searchvalue0=2

  etc.etc.

  How can it be accomplished?
