HTTP Bad Request 400

Dear all,
I installed Report Manager on the Sever and i tried it and it is worked but today i had to change the port of the Report Server to 8080 instead of
80. what happened is that Report Manager is not working any more.
an error page
"the request failed with HTTP status 400: Bad request."
