Hi,
We're using 2005 merge replication and we found that some records deletion cannot synchronize from publisher table to other subscriber table. (This table have very small size(<1000 records). We want to view those replication system tables or any logs for diagnostics this serious problem. Can you suggest any replication system table or logs that can indicate the reasons or hints of records deletion outsync?

there is a utility tablediff which you can google.
It compare the mentioned tables and generate the difference between tables. Very helpfull in replication.

Thanks for reply. But actually we've already compared those tables are not synchronized with each other and now we want to find out the reasons and see if there's any system table or logs for us to diagnostics the problems. Any suggestions?

you might already checked the history tab in replication monitor, are you not getting anythere there? Is it quiet long period since when your data is out of sync?

We've already checked the history tab in replication monitor and nothing special, and we try to look through msmerge_history and msrepl_errors inside both our user database and distribution database and no errors indicated inside even some table data was outsync before. We suspect that some deletion transaction inside our batch job(last about 1 to 2 mins) may result the root cause of outsync and we want to find out any other alternative ways to modify our application so as to not to hit this serious replication bugs.
