How to use Config files?

    Hi Friends,

    Can anyone tell me how to use config file in different environment? i googled about his but getting information regarding how to create a config file...i just want to know what and how to use with this ?

    when i try to execute the Config file along with DTEXECUI , it says TITLE: SSIS Execution Properties

    DTExec: Could not import the configuration file D:\Conversion\Seneca.dtsConfig.
