A user having sa permission and got the following error when running a stored procedure:
SQLState = S1000, NativeError = 0
Error = [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Unable to open BCP host data-file
NULL
How to troubleshoot?
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

The SQL service account doesn't have permission to the folder or file.

The weird thing is, I have sa permission on the database server and local admin permission on the server box. If I ran step-by-step, it worked. If I ran through, I got the above error.
