I have replicated a database between Two server,
It working fine, The Databases are Synchronizing each and every 5 min..
Ok
If The Distributor server is failure Mean How can we rectify the Last Five min Data's and How to up the Subscriber Server?

Please clarify on Distribution server failure... Do you mean ur distribution server crashes? in that case u'll need to reinitiatlize ur subsriptions.
If you're referring to log agent failure, you can restart ur log reader agent that will bring changes from publisher's log to distribution db.
If you're referring to distribution agent(push subscription), you'll need to restart the agent which will propagate changes to the subsribers.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of replication do you have? Transactional, Snapshot, merge?

I have created Merge Type of replications.......
