This question is way too broad to be answered in a simple forum reply.
You can start by reading the Data Warehouse Toolkit by Ralph Kimball.
A quick search on Amazon should lead you to his books.
You can also do a Google search on "Kimball data warehouse" and read some of the articles/tutorials you find to get up to speed with the methodology.

Yes, a question with no specific answer.
You need to start by asking some questions of your own:
what is the purpose of the cube?
who are the users?
what are we measuring?
What dimensions will we want to include?
It's hard to know if you are seeking business requirements help or technical design or quite what. Come on back when you have a bit more direction. The most specific questions have the best shot of generating helpful answers.

I have created a POC project and also a powerpivot dhashboard using the SSAS cube.
Now my problem is how can I share that with the end users.
I know one solution is through sharepoint ,but i can't see power pivot gallary in my sharepoint 2010.
Is there any another way, plz help

If you have a SSAS cube, users can access the cube using Excel and build pivottables and charts on top of it.
If they have permissions of course.
Regarding the PowerPivot gallery: did you install a BI site?

SharePoint is the way to go (if you have the correct version/license).
Here's an article on the PowerPivot gallery:
Create and Customize PowerPivot Gallery
Make sure you install the PowerPivot for SharePoint instance.
