How to start an FTP Task

  Here is a dumb question for many of you. How do I start an FTP Task? I have never done one. Is it inside of VS 2005 Business Intellegence or in SQL Server 2005. Can someone show me where to get started? Thanks.

  You create an SSIS package, add an FTP task to it, then run the package. It's not a standalone task.
