How to set up Replication Alerts in SQL MI

  Hello,

  Since Operators are not supported in SQL MI, how do you set up in SQL Managed Instance the Alerting on the normal Replication Monitoring?   Normally can setup the 'Latency exceeds the threshold' and 'Warn if a subscription will expire' but they are configured with Alerts which isn't supports in SQL MI.
