We are using dbo.sp_send_dbmail to send out emails. We have a Distribution Group (DG) for our team. We are trying to send out emails from this DG to another DG alias using the above SP. And this doesn't work. But when we send emails to itself it works fine. Can somebody tell me why this is happening? And how to fix it?

What profiles have you configured for Database Mail? What profiles are public? What profile are you specifying in the sp call?

We created a profile named "ReportingTeam". And this is set as a public profile. We are using the same in our SP.

Any error being returned? What mail system is being used?
