    Can anyone tell me,how to schedule the publisher and subscriber database backups without any data loss

    Hi,

    There's no connection between backup schedule and data loss possibilities in replication. So schedule your backup in a way you remain able to restore as many data as you need. You can even do log shipping on either the publish or the subscriber if you want.
