Hi,
I am an SSRS consultant. I use SSRS reports from report manager.
In Report Manager we have an option of saving report by report in its properties.
As this is a tedious task when u have a huge number of reports, i require a solution for saving the total folder of rdls available on report manager locally.
I tried playing the report manager but i did not find any solution.
Do we have any alternative for this. Please provide me one.

You don't need to install anything when you run this, you just need to download and run the application and connect to your report server.
Another tool that you can look at is the RSExplorer Sample Application which is available as part of the SSRS Application Samples on CodePlex - http://www.codeplex.com/MSFTRSProdSamples/.

As "Dan English" mentioned, you don't need to install anything on the client machine, just the copy the files and run the executable. I've been using this from last 6-8 months without any issues while preparing deployments or deploying reports to another server.
