How to Save All Queries' Results from One SQL File

  Using SSMS v10.x.x.x.x.

  I have one SQL file consisting of multiple SQL statements. Once the file has been run, the results are displayed but I am not able to select all as in selecting the results of all the queries that are displayed in a single view. Instead I end up only selecting only one query's results.

  I tried the save to file option but that also results in saving only one query's results.

  Is there a way around this?

  In the Top Bar change resulte to file to result to text ,
