  one alternative is to use OSQL command line utility. See books online for more details on this command.

  You can use the command line programs 'OSQL' or 'ISQL' to run .sql files from the command line without opening them.

  command line commands can be run from inside Query Analyser by using the XP_CMDSHELL stored procedure
