Right-click on the database name in Object Explorer, choose Tasks, then Generate Scripts...follow the instructions and be sure to tick the option marked Script Data.

If the tables are large, you might want to consider using a different method, perhaps bcp.

Its really amazing what one can do with sql server these days !! All these other things like IntelliSense
