Hi Gurus,
I've a text field. I need to just retrieve complete data of that field.
When I use select command, it's not giving more than 1000 characters.
Could you please give me solution for this.

Are you sure the db is only returning 1,000 characters and the limitation is not in the tool you are using? SSMS limits the max amount of text per column defined in tools -> options -> query results -> sql server -> results to text. 🙂

You can use the Export utilityto get the complete data in the text field.
