How to restore from bkp file into Express Edition ?

  Hello, folks!

  I have a bkp backup file from an SQL 2000 enterprise server which I want to restore into An SQL Express Edition instance!

  Is that possible through SSME ? If the answer is no, is there any option of importing an SQL 2000 database into Express edition?  Maybe by attaching it?

  You can register the MSDE server in SSEM, then restore or attach the database.  Alternatively use the osql command to restore or attach the database.
