  Hi,

  i am new for this ssis

  I have data like this

  COL1(flat file)

  0222

  9444

  4566

  33333

  a1234

  b3456

  c5678

  I want to remove whatever first char (a1234 - 1234,b3456-3456 ,c5678-5678)columns using SSIS derived column...

  pls help me out for this.

  ( ( CODEPOINT( [COL1] ) >= 65 && CODEPOINT( [COL1] ) = 97 && CODEPOINT( [COL1] ) <= 122 ) ) ? SUBSTRING( [COL1], 2, LEN( [COL1] ) - 1 ) : [COL1]
