You mean article? See sp_dropmergearticle in BoL.

If I remember correctly, you can only do this if there is no subscriber.

Right click on the publications --> Properties --> Articles
Un-Check the article that you want to stop replicating.

I tried with right clicking the article and unchecking it, but we cant uncheck the article.

Use procedures to do this.
Drop the subscribers to the Article...sp_Dropsubscribers..is that the one ?
Drop the Article from the publication...sp_DropArticle..
