Hi,
I have unfortunately closed a Unsaved tab with a long Stored procedure without saving the Tab.IT asked me before closing the tab whether to save or not and i accidentally clicked NO.
Now is there a possibility of regaining that tab or the data in that tab...
Please guide.

if you're lucky enough, you should find your file somewhere in
C:\Users\[your_user_name]\Documents\SQL Server Management Studio\Backup Files\Solution1
Good luck!

Except for what Gianluca has posted, you're in trouble. However, going forward, you might try getting a copy of this tool from Red Gate. It can help with exactly this solution. It's free.
