When we were on RS 2005 using IIS I had my Web Admin redirect users from \\RSServer to \\RSServer\reports...I know it is a small thing but we have a user base of about 200 plus people who are accustomed to setting up a alias or redirect so they don't have to type a long url...I am unsure how I can do this now that I am using RS 2008 which has taken over the IIS functionality...
Any insight would be greatly appreciated either how to do this or if it is no longer an option...
Thanks Reg:hehe:

I'm trying to figure out the same thing, as we are having the same problem. I am hoping that this functionality is available in RS 2008. I can't imagine that by design they expect your users to remember a URL that includes /reports.

Found this elsewhere:
You'd have to set up IIS to perform the redirect. Probably a better question posted to an IIS related forum.
