Enterprise Edition SQL Server is not supported on non-server class O/S. You should be able to install the Developer Edition however, but I mention this only for a test instance on XP or Vista. If this is a production install of SQL Server I don't advocate the O/S you've identified. If you have no other option for O/S for production then I suggest Standard Edition SQL Server.
