How to Pull XLS accross Web?

  We have a sister site that posts an Excel file on their site that we need to pull in via DTS.

  My hope would be to do this in DTS with out any executables (we currently have a VB app that opens the url and pulls it in).

  I know there is an FTP task but that doesn't seem to fit here.

  Transformations also don't seem to take urls.
