How to print line number with query or store procedure?

    I turn on the line number in query window but when I print it, line number do not print.

    SSMS 2008 R2:

    File > Print

    Check the box "Include Line Numbers"

    There are no special teachers of virtue, because virtue is taught by the whole community.
