How to post a pic?

How do you upload/attach an image to a post? If I hit the Insert Image button above, I just get
. What am I supposed to do with that?

When you hit the button above, you should get "
". In here you need the URL to the image. If it's not on another web server, then email it (zipped please) to webmaster@sqlservercentral.com and we'll try to get it loaded.
