How to plot disk utilization for entire month

    Hi

    I have three drive (C,D,E). I need to plot a graph for the disk utilization for Dec2016 for these drives.

    Is there any script to capture the data so that the graph can be created

    If you weren't capturing whatever data you would use for disk utilization in Dec 2016 then no there is no data to graph. 
    If you are using some third party monitoring software, some of those may have historical data which you could possibly use.
