Did somebody knows how to migrate the Full Text Catalogs to another server. I found out that link: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;240867
I cant believe that s so difficult!

Why do you need to migrate? Can you not rerun the indexingf on the target server?

i ran the sp_fulltext_database proc, then i got following error:
Server: Msg 7610, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_fulltext_database, Line 61
Access is denied to 'E:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\FTDATA\SQL0001500013', or the path is invalid. Full-text search was not installed properly.
I tried to delete the concerned catalog but i cant

Has it ever worked? I suspect your installation has issues. If you can, I rerun the setup. Be sure you backup your databses, script logins, etc. first.
