I installed SQL 2008 R2 first and then VS2008.
I can not find SSIS available in start, all programs list.
How to make Business Intelligence Development Studio appear?

It should be in your Start Menu's Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (R2) folder, as "SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio". If you don't see it then you need to update your SQL Sevrer installation and add it.

open vs2008-new prj - integration prj , that would do the same..
one more thing , for other projects to appear in the menu , you may have to install vs2008 sp1..
generally when you install VS first and then sql server , it prompts you to upgrade; but, otherway round it works , although with less feature..
