Helo, Newbie on sql stuff.
can you help in telling me how to install ssis on my machine.
I have already installed sql2005 express toolkit and business intelligence stodio from microsoft, but yet don't know how to start working with ssis.
any clues??

ok just a clue, I have installed sql2005 express. I think ssis is not the part of it. If not, then how can I add ssis.

You have to have at least SQL 2005 Standard Edition. It is not free compared to the Express addition. Another option is to install SQL 2005 Developer Edition. It has all the capabilities of SQL 2005 Enterprise Edition. However I don't know what are the restrictions for its use or if it is available for download by anyone.
