How to install cumulative hotfix 4053 on named instances?

  We have a server that has cumulative hotfix 4053 installed on the default instance.

  We have since added an additional named instance, but we can't get the hotfix to run against that instance. It remains at 4035.

  Any ideas of how to do this?

  Wayne, are you getting an error message when installing the Hotfix? Or does it say this hotfix has already been installed?
