WIN2008 : The current system does not meet recommended hardware requirements for this SQL Server release. For detailed hardware requirements, see the readme file or SQL Server Books Online.
WIN2008 : 64-bit ASP.Net is Registered. Required 32-bit ASP.Net to install Microsoft Reporting Services 2005(32-bit).

You do not need Analysis Services OR Reporting Services to get SSMS. You just need to select "Workstation Components And Book Online" option (along with other services that you are installing) when you are choosing the components to install during the installation. SSMS will be installed.

did you only want SSMS?
Have you installed any of these features
DB Engine
Analysis Services
Reporting Services
Integration Services
If you have what media did you use to install them?
SQL Developer Edition
MSDN Downloaded Media
SQL Standard
SQL Enterprise
If any of the features have been installed by any of the last two do you have a licence to install SQL?
If its only SSMS, then as DF said, you only need to install the workstation components

no iwant all other features...
but im unable to process becuse of asp .net 64 bit version fro reports...
so
i tried to install without analysis services and workstation components...
but now i selected the workstation components but im unable to install
same error im getting......

as its sql 2005 i take it you have configured IIS correctly first and followed to link provided.
are you trying to install SQL 32bit or 64bit and is your server 32 or 64 bit?

I would suggest to uninstall current configuration & start a fresh installation.
In fresh installation, choose only these two components:
1. Database Engine
2. Workstation Components & Books Online
It should install successfully & you should be able to login to SQL Server.
Once above gets installed successfully, you can run the setup again to add more components (SSIS,SSAS,SSRS etc.) as per your requirement.
