How to implement this formula?

    Hi All,

    This the formula they have written in crystal reports.How to implement this one in SSRS2008R2?

    Formula:

    Shared StringVar sNewBranch;

    StringVar sPrintMe := "yy";

    if sNewBranch = {@BName-BID} then

    (

    sPrintMe := totext({salesrepgensummary.branch_name}) + " - " + totext({salesrepgensummary.branch_code}) & " -continued ";

    )

    In Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS)/SQL Server Development Tool (SSDT), when you open a report, there is a menu item called "Report" that displays in the IDE. Select the Report Properties option and within that option, select the Code option. You can put the function there and then reference it on your report, using an expression. See here[/url] for an example. Of course, you have to convert the syntax to VB.NET.
