How to get the two rows records with a single query

    hi,

    I have a table that table have two rows.

    cno cname

    -----------------

    3India

    4America

    ------------------

    here I need the result from two rows.. in a select query

    the result should be cno=India,cname=4

    Please read your post again, I think you have some mistake there. Or do you really want to select number as name and name as number?

    Even if this would be corrected, you didn't specify based on what you want to select precisely these values, so we can not help you without more information.
