In Sql server to see the function text, we can use sp_helptext. can you please help me to view the text of the isnull (system defined function).

Pretty sure you can't view the actual code. Why do you need to see the actual code? It is a very well documented function.

There is none in SQL.
ISNULL is in-build function and has no T-SQL code behind.
Until you ask Bill to give you SQL Server source code to have a look, you have a little chance to know exactly how it was implemented in C++ or Assembler (I guess some parts of it still kept in native code).
