How to get list of Subscribers from TO and CC from a subscription

  If there are more than one email ids in 'TO' or 'CC' section of the subscription. Is there a way to pull a report with each email id in separate row?

  Any help would be really appreciated.

  If your any good at shredding XML, you can shred the ExtensionSettings column from the subscriptions table
