But seriously, I reckon they need a more stringent posting process so the numerous superfluous cases don't get lodged. If people had to think more about what they were posting there wouldn't be as many dodgy cases.
eg: this one lodged today ... how is this a bug with SQL Server?

Yeah... I get that the CONNECT system probably get's some pretty, ummmm... odd requests. Why not just close those? Heh... or maybe that's exactly what they did (sorry Steve :-P).
