Hi,
You need to look at the log files in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles
(Assuming you're running 2008R2) Your directory may differ slightly. When the service starts or restarts a new logfile is created.
Thanks,
Simon

Thank you so much. So I need to see the log file creation date or there will be an entry in the log file for the time it started ?

Hi,
The creation date/time will give a good indication but i'd say it was worth having a read of the log to see if there is anything in there that may give you more information. I'm not sure of the actual content of the file because I've only ever checked it when my service had problems starting.
Thanks,
Simon
