I want to know that how to write query which finds out missing stored procedures as well as tables, comparing two databases.

Pardon me but this sounds like a homework problem. One option look at REDGATE Software's product at:
http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Compare/index.htm
If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Also search this site for "compare databases" or "database comparison". I know I've seen numerous discussions about this.
