Not sure why you'd only patch it and not install it with the service pack but:

Currently, I have SQL 2005 SP3 +CU1 installed (version is 9.00.4207). I need to install ms09-062 which is critical patch so wanted to know what will be sql server version after installing this ms09-062 SQL patch
