    How to estimate the Replication performance cost(CPU,Memory) in SQL Server 2005 production Server" is there any way...?

    The only thing I can think of is to measure CPU usage (and IMHO more importantly IO overhead) with and without the agents running.

    LogReader on Publisher

    Distribution on Publisher if Push or on Subscriber if Pull.
